About Faith

Faith found inspiration to write her book by having a child in her forties, which compelled her to leave a lasting legacy for her daughter. She wanted to explain to her daughter, in written form, what it takes to live a life that’s meaningful and purposeful, while answering questions such as, “Why are people sometimes mean?” or “Why am I so different from others?” and  “How do I know my purpose in life?”

One of Faith’s passions is parenting with empathy and attentiveness, which allows a child to blossom into who they are meant to be. She believes that when children are parented with respect and unconditional love, they can grow up to become agents of change in a world that sorely needs them.

Besides being a mom and writing a book, Faith is also a freelance writer and editor, currently working for Addiction Recovery, a content-creation company. Additionally, she recently completed Marci Shimoff’s (a featured expert in “The Secret”) Happy for No Reason training program, and she is currently completing her certification as a Happy for No Reason trainer. She is excited to share strategies for owning and cultivating our power to be happy regardless of external conditions.

Faith enjoys baking, healthy living, writing, meditating, connecting with her intuition, taking family walks, watching movies and reality TV, listening to music (which often involves singing and dancing), and hanging out with her family. She lives in Helena, Montana with her soulmate and daughter, as well as a feisty Siberian cat, Lucy, who nibbles her ankles and teaches her patience and unconditional love.
